Default Exporting Visual Studio Options

Anyone know if it's possible to export the default visual studio settings (toolbar arrangements, environment preferences, etc)? I have explored the IDE and found nothing, also tried several google searches but still couldn't come up with anything. I know that solution preferences are stored in a hidden, local-only file (solution name.suo). Perhaps there is one for the default IDE settings.

I don't know if you saw this when searching on Google, but it would appear that it is a new feature in 2005.
