SendKeys.Send LCTRL ?

How to send key left CTRL In VB.Net?

Im sending {CTRL} or ^ to a program, but the program whants LeftCTRL key!
VK_LCONTROL = &HA2

How to do?
SendKeys.Send(?LeftCTRL?) 'Help please.
