   Not sure what forum to post this question to. My hard drive crashed. I had widnows 2000 before and now have xp. After installing iis, the .net framework and vs.net, I found I couldn't access my aspx pages through IIS on my machine. Further research showed that aspx pages and asp pages wouldn't serve through IIS; it seems to be due to the aspx or asp extention . I've looked in the newsgroups and some in the microsoft knowledge base and have found many suggestion as to why this happened. I've also turned off friendly errors which showed me nothing new. I've removed and re-installed iis many times, removed the .net framework, etc. I've also looked at some of the dlls I have but there was no solution there. Other people seem to have had this problem.

Any suggestions.
