VSIP (Visual Studio Integration Package)

Does anyone have info on creating a custom Data Provider in .Net that can be integrated into VS.Net 2003 using VSIP? I have downloaded and installed VSIP SDK 2003 and the Visual Studio .NET Help Integration Kit (VSHIK) 2003.

Any help is greatly apprecited.
