Default Microsoft development Environment

Good morning everyone,

I am afraid I posted this message in the wrong forum. So, here I am again. I am running Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 on Win XP Pro. I have .NET framework 2.0. As soon as I open one of my existing ASP.NET applications or try to create a new ASP.NET application, I receive the following error message. I did search google.com for the past few days regarding to this error message and applied several tips from this search but none of them worked. Please advise.
