Default Microsoft Dotnet Certification

Hi all!!!
I am planning to do MCTS( Microsoft Certified Technical SPecialist ) certification on DOTNET.

Any who has done or preparing for certification can help me about how to prepare.
where i have to register?
What material should I read?
How will be the examination pattern?
