Default COM Exception

Hi all,
I am trying to access a COM Dll , it is giving the following error .
" at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.LateBinding .LateGet(Object o, Type objType, String name, Object[] args, String[] paramnames, Boolean[] CopyBack) "

The Samething is working fine in VB6.0?
