Default dot net installation errors

I have a problem with dot net installation.
While installation process is being carried it reports that some of the files are missed.They are
c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\mscor lib.tlb
mscoree.tlb
system.tlb
system.windows.forms.tlb
system.enterpriseServices.tlb
system.drawing.tlb
microsoft.vsa.tlb
microsoft.vsa.vb.codeDOMProcessor.tlb
microsoft.jscript.tlb
v1.0.3705\mscorlib.tlb
mscoree.tlb
system.tlb
system.windows.forms.tlb
system.enterpriseServices.tlb
system.drawing.tlb
microsoft.vsa.tlb
microsoft.vsa.vb.codeDOMProcessor.tlb
microsoft.jscript.tlb

can any one please help me to solve the problem and complete my installation process

Can you define "it"? You mention .NET installation, yet you post in the VS .NET forum. SO, is it the framework, or Visual Studio?

I think you're better off opening a ticket with Microsoft Support for this...
