Default Php Installation errors

i have done this before but i am getting errors doing it all over again on a new personal computer at home.

i am installing php 4 on a w2k machine using iis.
after tweaking here and there and putting the php.ini in systemfolder i still got this error...
went thru the manual afew times but its still bugging me with this same error message...

can some 1 help me pls.

i have alter the ini files.
set the require permissions.

hi snib,

i have figure out what is causing the problem.
i am dumb enough to make a copy of the php.ini files and put it in %systemroot% instead of moving it there.

Finally i am able to start coding again.
