Working over the network, any problems?

I am just getting started with .Net development and when opening a project I get a dialog box telling me "The project location is not fully trusted by .NET runtime ..."

I have grown accustomed to developing on the network for various and probably obvious reasons. But, it seems that VS.NET prefers that I work off of the local drive.

Is there some setting I should be aware of?

Have any of you experience any problems working with a project on the network/shared drive?
