Default Can I create modeles dialog on VBA and bind word-d

I seek any samples (VBA code) for the task:
- Run modeless dialog above active Word document
- Change dialog control's values when user change doc (selection etc)
- Modify doc content from dialog events

All user forms and dialogs in VBA behind Word are Modal. I don’t like it much, but that’s how it is.
