Default Missing file from Beg Access 2002 VBA CD

Hi,

I purchased your Beginning Access 2002 VBA book and was having a really good experience until I got to chapter 7. There, I was told to import a form "frmCriteria" from a database called IceCream07.mdb. It turns out that this Access database is not on the enclosed CD-ROM.

Sure, it is possible to get the completed version of the "IceCream.mdb" project, which contains the "frmCriteria" form, but this makes it harder to work with the authors' examples, as the form has already been completed.

I was told when I contacted Wrox that they were trying to contact the editors. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks,
MIKE
