Default Source code for "Beginning Java 2 JDK 1.3 Edition"

The source code for Ivor Horton's "Beginning Java 2 JDK 1.3 Edition"
(ISBN:1-861003-66-8) can not be downloaded from the "DOWNLOAD CODE" section of this site any more.
Does anyone out there know where to obtain it.

Thank for your time.

Yes, anyone who has read the first paragraph on the downloads page, anyone who has looked in the FAQ or anyone who has searched the archives on this forum.
