Hi i had used Xml file as database to an asp.net application when i am running the code everything is ok.When i try to retrive an eleent which is not availlable in xml file it was saying that the element is not found.

The trouble is when i entered an element which is availlable in the xml file it was giving Un authorised Exception.All the permissions for the xml file such as read/ write are given.

So there is no poblem when i enter the element which is not availlable in xml file when i entered the element which is there in the xml file it was giving the error.

Please help me if you can.

It seems that your application has no problem accessing the XML file, but while it is processing an element in the XML file it attempts to access some other resource which is not available.

It's difficult to debug your application without seeing it.
