Default SQL helpful resources

Hi!

I want to improve my SQL capabilities.
 I red really many SQL resources and still feel, that I am not a whise man
in SQL. What would you recommend?

Then what are you doing hanging around in an XML forum?

Find a couple of good SQL books and read them.
