I want to convert a csv file containg other language character such as french or German in to a xml file...


I found a link in the older post for the same as follows:-

My question is which version of xslt I need to download or I can use the same version i.e 2.0 ?

And please tell me the command to do the same?

Bevause I am new to xslt ?

Its request and urgent.

The stylesheet in that thread uses XSLT 2.0. There are several XSLT 2.0 processors available. A popular one is my own Saxon product, for details see http://saxon.sf.net/. You can use the open source version. Details of how to run a simple transformation from the command line are given here:
