Default basic-link to external-destination with id

Problem – All my PDF files are local. By "external link" I mean a link
from one pdf document to another pdf document that is in the same
folder. Link must be to the particular content of the destination PDF.

xslt code -
<fo:basic-link external-destination="out.pdf">
Link to extern PDF
</fo:basic-link>

Here along with pdf name(out.pdf) I need to send the id of the particular content in destination DF.

It is very urgent , please help me. Thanks in advance.
