Send a message via MSN to lguzman

If I understand you correctly, you should define a field to be of type "Memo". On your form create a Text Box which is linked to your Memo field and you will be able to have multiple lines within that box.

Can you use a edit box ?

Change the VB property to multi-line = true.

Do not know a lot of ACCESS vb but that is how you can do it in VB.

Hope it helps.
