hello

i am new to asp.net

i have used input box to accept data from the user to populate a drop down list.
same works fine in the development environment. but when same i run it on iis that is on the localhost, i got error message.

i have search the net for the error and have noted that this arises due to the use of the Input box.
any one can help me in solving this please.

And what is the error message? Hard for us to help without the right information.
