I'm working with Access 97 and don't know why my toolbox menu option is grayed out. I open up a form in design view and pull down "View" and the toolbox icon is grayed out. Why???

I am still using 97 but not had this problem - so I don't really know the answer. But in the absence of other replies :-
1. Does this still happen if you try to make a New form (in a new database) ? If so you may need to go through the Setup process to install from disk.
2. Is the database protected in any way ?
