Opening Project from Access

Hi all again,

New question... I need to open a project plan, and display a form contained within that project plan, all from a form in access.

I learnt how to open an excel spreadsheet from access and run a macro, yesterday, but I tried to adapt this code with no joy.

Could someone explain how I would go about doing this?
