Default Feddema's App Development Book

Using the provided "Design Schemes Add-In" (Page 44) I got as far as Creating a Standard Main Form (Page 46)and up popped an error stating "Automation Error: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class". As usual, I have no clue what this error message means. Any suggestions?
