Here is a good book for tips on upsizing that will save you a ton of time: Microsoft Access Developer's Guide to SQL Server by Mary Chipman and Andy Baron

Chapter 1 is worth the price of the book alone.

I realize I'm recommending a non-Wrox book on Wrox's forum. I have a lot of the Wrox books, but as far as I know, this is the only book solely dedicated to the topic of going from Access to SQL Server.

Party on.
