Default getting back access menu bar

I bulit a custom menubar to replace Access built in menubar. I am
trying to get back Access built in menubar but cannot.

I right click the toolbar and select Customize. Under the toolbars tab I try to select Menu Bar but it will not select. It seem the checkbox is locked. I click the reset button but the checkbox is still locked.

How can I get back Accecc Menu Bar?

Thanks

Hmmm... Try this. Once you get the customization dialog box open, highlight the Menu Bar on the list. (Yes, I know you said the checkbox is disabled, but you should still be able to highlight that item on the list.) Click "Properties". Click the "Restore Defaults" button. Click "Close". Click "Close" again.

With the help of your postings, I finally found out how to get mine back. I've been trying literally for years.
Go to "Customize"
Click "New" and try to add a new toolbar called "Menu Bar"
Already exists ?
Click on the "Properties" button
Select "Menu Bar" from the drop down
Check the "Allow Showing/Hiding" button and
VOILA!!!!!
Thank you for your help
