Default Access database database format

Is it possible to change ms access database format so that OLE db display greek characters correctly?

I am having problem in displaying Greek characters from database to web page.

The problem occurs when I try to display Greek data from database. Please click on following link to view screen shot of a page

The data in Blue Color Square Box is database driven data.

Is this something related to database type/format? I am using MS Access 2000 database.

Any idea..
Any help..
