Default Using the Macro Builder to direct my cursor

I have constructed a database responsible for retaining records entered by various users. One of the features on the 'Master' form is a search button to find previously entered records (the primary key is the 'GoalID' they search off of), however the search only works if the user has placed the cursor in the 'GoalID' text box. Is it possible to add code that automatically places the cursor in the appropriate text box when the 'Find Record' (search) button is clicked?

Right now the search button simply brings forward a search box, much like when using Control + F.

Any possible suggestions/anyone know if this is even possible? If you think you can help, but need more information from me please let me know that too.

Thank You
