Default Tomcat & Static IP

Dear friends
I am using Apache tomcat as my webserver.I have got a static ip but i do not know how to set it on my webserver so I can load my web pages through internet and not a localhost.I mean instead of typing localhost:8080/helloworld/helloworld ,we can type

As far as i know you dont've to do specific configuration for it, start your tomcat and try accessing your application using the public ip in the browser like "http://[your ip]:8080/[app. path]

Make a try change port on 80 in server.xml file
