Default interactive charts with Flash

Hello!
I want to create charts in flash which are going to receive all values from an Excel sheet or a Matlab file. In general I'd like to find a way to do stg like that. I want full communication (change the values and see what's happening with the chart), so I think what I need is a text file which is going to do the connection.. maybe? I don't know.. However, I have a deadline, so any help is going to be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Sophia

http://www.infommersion.com/productsoffice.html this will do this. I do not know of a way to connect excel to flash like a database, so somebody else may know of a way.

Another way could maybe do this if you wanted to create this would be to have the excel spreadsheet export as a text file which you could then read into flash
http://www.flashkit.com/tutorials/Ac...-139/index.php

From there create a bar that will dynamically adjust the height or scale according to the information.

These are just some initial ideas. I hope this helps.
