Default new asp.net Web project problem

I got an error box (not the "Web Access Failed Dialog Box") when creating a new asp.net
Web project with the vs.net IDE.
It said that my local IIS has not installed the needed component and asking me to install the
"Web develop Component" from the setup CD. I couldn't fix this problem on repairing the IDE
several times.:(,it seem that the problem is not on IDE but the IIS(FPSE has been installed!),
who has an idea ...........:((((((((,appreciate for you help! my english is not good!

Are you using IIS 5 on win2k?
Maybe a stupid question, but have you installed the .net framework software on your IIS 5 machine?
