Default Enabling Arabic characters in ASP.NET-Oracle Appli

I have to write an application in asp.net which will have oracle 9i as database. We have to make sure that it supports multiple language like Japanese, Chienese, Arabic etc. What kind of changes/settings I have to make while creating the tables.
Also What kind of changes we have to make in the dot net application.
