Default Arabic characters messy like ?????

I worked on ASP .NET from the book "Beginning Dynamic Websites : with ASP.NET Web Matrix", I have to do some Arabic text in the reports and forms, when I run the program on the browser, all y Arabic characters become "???????" why? and what should I do please?
