Default Lotus Notes

Hello I need to access Lotus Notes (version 5.03) to get access the address book and to be able to send emails. Has anyone done this from visual studio 2003/2005 asp. I was hoping to get a kickstart on how to go about it.

Any suggestions/advise is greatly appreciated

Guy
