Hi,
This is the Senario of m program.
-->I have a datagrid in which i has 2 dropdownlists.. i have a button outside the grid which creates a new row in the grid with its default value if we click it.
-->while adding a new row the first dropdown list is populating with the values.. and the second ddl is populating basing on the value selected in the first ddl.
-->some times it is showing an error like drop down lists cannot have multiple items selected
-->i am using sessions while adding the rows i.e., i am using datatable and copied all the grid values into the datatable and then updating the session with the datatable.
-->This error is occuring sometimes only

PLEASE HELP ME..IT IS URGENT

Somewhere in your code you are calling dropdownlist.selectedIndex = n or .selectedItem.Value/Text = n more then once on your ddl.
