Default Using Frames

Hi Friends

One more issue with my software. How can I use Frames with asp.net, I have created Frames with HTML but how do I insert a label or a text box any other control in that Frame.

Thanks
Mike

we dont have frames in ASP.NET you should simulate! it you can use UserControls or maybe your problem could be solvable just using some simple repeaters(or like repeaters)(Have a look at http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17020 in this regard).

It shouldn't be any different than the way you did it with HTML. Just open the page you want to add controls and drag and drop them on the page.

Frames are supported with ASP.NET.

Much like Stu has said- create an HRML frameset- each frame would hold an ASPX page with whatever commands you like on it.

oh,sorry for my mistake.
you can use <iframe> tag in your ASP.NET page like HTML pages.
although,if I were you I woudnt use frames in my site at all, because usually there are other better ways,as I told you in my previous post(its my personal opinion),surely do something you think its better.

This I agree with- Frames can be used- but I don't like frames at all. There are better ways to do most things-
