Default Word Automation using Web Matrix

Has anyone managed to successfully invoke Office components from a Web Matrix project ? I am unclear as to how to add the references the the appropriate assemblies. There is documentation on the web, but only for using Visual Studio.

You would have to use the VBC compiler to compile a component using Word API's, I would believe. I know WM doesn't have compiling capabilities.
