Default Please Help!!! Problem with VS 2003

Hi

I need immediate help with this problem. I tried all possible ways to resolve it but still getting the same error since three weeks.
I greatly appreciate it if someone can help me out here.

Here is the error:
when I tried to compile my code in VS .Net it is giving the following two errors:

-->Could not copy temporary files to the output directory.

--->The file 'bin\WebPublisher.dll' cannot be copied to the run directory. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I tried all possible ways to resolve it given in the following link and others but still getting the same error.
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;313512

I am getting too many pressures to finish up this work and I am still stuck with this problem. I greatly appreciate it if someone can help.

Thank you
sappu

I would try to create another project to see if you get the same error message. If not, transfer your code to the new project.
