I can view crystal reports from a client machine via 6 of 7 citrix servers. The report is on an application server, and the citrix machines acess the application server.
When trying to access the report from the one citix server that does not display the crystal reports properly, the first message box says Confirmation Needed - Print
(Question Mark Icon) Print request
Applet would like to print. Do you want to proceed?
Checkbox Don't show this dialog box again
Yes(button) No(button)

Next Screen
Click yes and then a blank screen show up with the java coffe mug symbol in the upper left corner of the screen.

Then the next screen says:
Message box
Title of the message box is Crystal Report viewer
inside the message box it says Failed to Connect to server
OK (Button)

Box of message box - JavaApplet Window.

These errors only started after 1.4.2.05 was installed.
