Due to the error below I was not able to save the new Crystal report design that I've been working on to Crystal Enterprise. I have no idea why a Save would be reading data from the referenced path in the error, but nevertheless, I cannot get it to work..

I can save it from another pc under my login and password successfully. But not from my machine. I've tried to uninstall and then reinstall the softward but am still receiving this error. Error with the APS

Failed to read data from report File C:\DOCUME~1\lvg73\LOCALS~1\Temp\crw5C.rpt. Reason: Print engine failed to open report file C:\DOCUME~1\lvg73\LOCALS~\Temp\crwSC.rpt. File may not be the correct format, or may be corrupt.

Any help on this would be deeply appreciated!
