Dos error in Crystal Reports 7

Hi

I have created a report in Crystal Reports 8.5. I have then saved as version 7. I can run the report in my version of Crystal and it works with no problems but when one of my users runs it in the runtime version 7 the following error appears:

Dos Error!

Do you what could cause this?
