Unable to get the project file from the server

Hi All,

Iam getting following errors while opening VS2003 web application

"Refreshing the project failed.Unable to retreive folder information from server."
or
Unable to get the project file from the server.

I restarted the IIS and even reinstalled the IIS but still this problem persists.

Pls suggest me.
