When i tried to open an existing project in my machine, one error message was returned.the message is.... Unable to get the project file from the web server.Unable to open web project "Web Application10".The Web Application10 located on server "http://192.168.0.161" does not exist........

   Again when i tried to create a new project, the error message..................Unable to create Web project "Web Application15".The UNC share "\\cabin61\wwwroot$\WebApplication15" does not exist or you do not have access.
        What would you like to do
      i) Retry using a different file share path
      ii) Try to open the project with frontpage server extension
 ...........................

       I dont know what to do now. please give some solution
