running crytal rpt ,prompts for windows credenials

Hi,
When i run a crystal report from the client browser, it prompts for windows credentials. After clicking cancel button repeatedly on the dialog box, the report executes,but without the report control buttons ( PRINT, REFRESH, EXPORT). An empty picture icon appears.
When i run the report on the server, th report executes correctly.

Pls. advise
