Default remote processes

Hi I am tring to get a list of remote processes running on a machine. As an example this is what I am trynig to do:

Process[] ipByName = Process.GetProcesses("");

I am getting an access denied error. I guess I dont have permissions to do this. Does anybody know what permissions I need to have and how to obtain them?
