Default Web site administration tool (publish)

Hi,
I use the aspnet db for users and roles managing in my website.
I want to continue using the Web Site Administration Tool for managing those users, add new users, roles, acces rules...
But I want to do so over the internet.
Is it possible (and if it is how) to publish the web site administration tool or an equivalent?

thx for all replies, it would be a great help for me.
