Default navigation (ch7 of Beg.ASP.NET3.5)

In the master page code-behind file TreeView1.Visible is set to "False"
for the monochrome theme, but it still appears (partially) on the browser. However it only shows "Home" + one other node, and the latter does not respond on click. Everything works fine for the "darkgrey" theme.
How to fix?
Thanks and cheers,
wingri.

On page 258 there is a screenshot of the monochrome theme. This shows the breadcrumb navigation control with "Home" and "Reviews" as clickable links and "All Reviews" as non-clickable.

Is it possible you are seeing this breadcrumb control?

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your reply. AS opposed to the illustration on p.258, the browser page shows only "Home" as clickable and "Reviews" as non-clickable - no sign of "All Reviews"
Cheers, wingri.

Hi there,

Check out the CSS for monochrome theme. Maybe you accidentally hid the links or gave them the same color as the background?

For future posts, can you please post in the book's forum located here: http://p2p.wrox.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=386 ? That way, all questions about the book are at a single location which makes it easier for others to find stuff.

Cheers,

Imar
