For me there are quite a few different options when it comes to the ones I want to learn.
LINQ is personally at the top of the list, not from a querying data perspective, but really from the other uses, manipulating collections, sorting, filtering those types of things once items are in memory.
MVC is a close second on the list, really to become more familiar with the new routing functionality that is inside of the framework and bridging the gap between the Web Forms and MVC methods so that I can recommend to other developers the times when each might have their "benefits".
Then jQuery and TDD come next, as both of these are items that I am working to instruct our team on, and help work into my day job's architecture.
