i have been trying to install PHP 5.2. i have been very frustrated with it because i see so many different methods of handling the installation.
i was if anyone could simplify the PHP installation

Download a WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) server from the web and run the install file, it will set everything up (with the most default settings) for you.
