VB 5 crashes

I am using VB 5 on NT4 and every time i exit it crashes and gives an access violation error!

Also when creating a new form and placing control on it it crashes and gives access violation error!!

i have applied service pack 3.

Please Help

hi there..

you have to uninstall it, delete it from the registry and then reinstall it ..
