You can look at command control topic, and PDU coding of SMS. I have wrote pretty simple service application for sending and receiving sms by the Siemens M51, you can email me on java(at)vrchlickeho(dot)cz and I will send you a copy of source if you are still need it. In the subject please write some text like sending an SMS from VB or something like that. Im receiving many spam emails with english subject... It isnt my native language :-)
