I have a question regarding ch. 12 - Bugbase

You're logged in as: SuperUser
Your user role(s): Administrator, Developer, Manager, Tester
You're working on: Instant Results - BugBase

First I set working application to Instant Results - BugBase. When I relog I get the information above, but I'm still redirected to Switch Application and asked to select an application.

Is it supposed to work like this? This is both with the default and modified source. Everything else works like a charm.

I would like to choose application once, and when the same user relogs he don't have to select an application again unless he asks for it.

Hi there,

Yes, this is by design. The choice is stored in session state which disappears when you close the browser.

It shouldn't ne too hard to add a PreferredApplication to the user's profile somehow that remembers this decision though....
